Become a Launch Partner

There is no launch partner yet. There is no customer, no pilot and no logo to show you, and this page has none.

A page inviting partners while implying partners already exist would be the exact failure this site is built to avoid, so the invitation is here and the evidence of traction is not, because there is not any.

What we are and are not part of

We are an Associate Member of the Decentralized Identity Foundation. That is a membership of a standards body. It is not a partnership, not a customer relationship, and not an endorsement of anything we ship.

did:solidus is registered in the W3C DID Method Registry. That is a registry listing, not a W3C standard and not a ratification.

Everything else is empty. No integration partner, no reseller, no design partner, no institution running our software.

And a note on advisors: people advise this company. An advisory relationship is not a customer relationship, and we do not name individuals or their employers to imply commercial traction. If you ever see a logo on a Solidus page, ask what the relationship actually is.

What a launch partner would actually be taking on

Not a discount. A set of risks, listed plainly:

  • Unaudited software. No external security audit or penetration test has been performed, and our BBS+ implementation has had no cryptographic review. detail
  • A single-operator ecosystem. One trust registry, one issuer, one credential type: you would be depending on infrastructure we alone run. detail
  • No certifications. No SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no accredited liveness testing, no residency guarantee. the full list
  • Unsettled pricing. Our own published figures currently conflict with each other. detail
  • Being first. No unaffiliated party has yet relied on a Solidus credential in production. A launch partner would be the first, with everything that implies. detail

What a launch partner would get

  • Direct influence over what gets built, at a stage where that is genuinely true rather than a sales line.
  • An open credential format, vc+sd-jwt, readable by any conformant verifier, so the exit path is real even if the relationship is not.
  • The engineering attention of a company with no other customer.
  • This level of candour, applied to your integration. Every gap on this site was found and written by us before anyone asked.

Who should not be a launch partner

Anyone who needs a production system now. If you are running regulated volume and a verification failure has consequences today, use an incumbent: that recommendation is made in full on why not yet.

How to talk to us

Tell us what you are actually trying to do and what would have to be true for you to rely on it. If the honest answer is that we are not ready for your case, you will get that answer: it is cheaper for both of us than a pilot that cannot succeed.
